		<description>AL East is the most competitive division in baseball without question, and the downside is teams that could easily take first in other divisions languish in 3rd or 4th place. If Toronto was in the AL Central, they&#039;d be destroying everyone. It&#039;s tough when you&#039;re competing against NY, Boston, and now Tampa.</description>
